I will reserve judgment on this report. There are simply far too many such proclamations dating back decades that turned out to be false and unrepeatable.
The Pons-Fleischmann Anomalous Heat Effect [PFAHE] has been replicated more than 150 times. The first hundred or so were by the Who’s Who of Electrochemistry.
