Those efforts will fail. There just aren’t enough qualified individuals of the right color to be found. They don’t exist. Run the numbers. All the major corporations hiring 1 “POC” out of 3 hires. The total number of people hired divided by 3, and those POCs don’t exist.

Happens every time. Police departments vow to hire POCs for every 1 out of 3 hires, and then are absolutely stunned to find out that there do not exist enough individuals who are not currently in jail, stoned, subject of an outstanding warrant, moronic, or unable to get up in the morning to go out to work at a job.

Employers will bend over backwards to give a “POC” or a woman a job over a white male, and it’s been that way and getting worse these days.

She's Indian (Hindu variety). Some of them are pretty light-skinned though I would not say that they "look white". She looks Hindu.

Anyone who thinks that Hindus are just like whites because they are light skinned probably hasn't spent a lot of time around them. This deep-seated anit-white jealousy (which turns into hatred in many) is very common. So is in group preference, which is why you see entire departments in large tech companies like Microsoft and HP "turn Indian" (I'm talking about here in the USA, Silicon Valley and Redmond) where the last white guy in the department is driven out.

In part it's this strong in-group preference (along with their typically high technical educational backgrounds) that have allowed Indian immigrants to become the richest ethnic group in America (on average), surpassing Jewish Americans, the previous holders of the top slot.

It's one thing to import people at the low end of society, like farm workers. Or into the middle of society, like nurses, to add to a profession there is a shortage of.

In America we have imported a new ruling class, these fantastically rich, over-credentialed, hierarchy climbing Indian Hindus who now sit in the commanding heights of so many companies and institutions and create intergenerational levels of wealth for their families.

Sundar Pichai - CEO of Alphabet (Google's parent company). He has a technical degree from an Indian University, an MS from Stanford and a MBA from Wharton. His net worth is $600 million. He'll be a billionaire soon. When he retires and gets into funding politics, what sorts of policies do you think he'll support? Immigration restriction? (Ha ha ha! Ha ha ha!)

Satya Nadella CEO of Microsoft. Has a BS from an Indian technical institute, a MA in computer science from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. His net worth is estimated at $250 Million. No doubt he will be a big Republican donor upon retirement, and help usher in more conservative politicians and policies in Washington. (Washington's recent terrible anti-gun laws were paid for by a group of 5 tech billionaires. Can't wait to see what changes our new Hindu Overlords fund in our laws in the near future).

Arvind Krishna -CEO of IBM. Born in West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, India he has a BA from an Indian technical institute and a Ph.D in computer science from University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. His net worth is only about $50 million, but he's only been on the job a year. In that time he's taken a harsh stance against unvaccinated employees, who were all put on unpaid leave recently, a policy which he claimed was in support of Biden's policy for Government Suppliers, even though it's been stayed in the courts and ruled illegal in many States.

Having not been raised in the USA, they don't share a fondness for American values and traditions. Things like the First Amendment, 2nd Amendment - these guys moved here in their 20s, they didn't grow up learning about Jefferson's greatness in school.

Their assent proves (to them) that they are the superior culture and race. They are here to rule, not to assimilate or adopt American norms.

Parag Agrawal - CEO of Twitter. Born in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. At age 37 he's part of the next generation of Hindu Ruling Class Leaders for America. He has his BS from the Indian Institute of Technology and MS and PhD's in Computer Science from Stanford.

In his short time as CEO he's taken an extremely aggressive stance against all right-wing thought and has picked up the pace on banning conservatives and Republicans from the platform.

I guess if you squint hard enough you can say they "look white". But I can assure you they are not "white" (in the sense we use the term commonly in America as meaning: "descended from European people"); nor do they think much like Americans, nor do they view you "legacy Americans" as particularly important to their ascendence to extravagant wealth and political power.

Which is why it's not at all surprising that the Indian psychiatrist at the top of the article is spewing out anti-White propaganda. She's not insulting her people, because she knows damn well she's not white. She's an Indian Hindu. (Probably upper caste. They are bringing their caste system with them.)

About two years ago I moved into a fairly upscale gated community here in the DFW area. I found out after I moved in, about 90% of the homes here are families from India.

On another note, many years ago I worked for a small Defense Contractor owned by an Indian, who had graduated college in the USA. He was as right wing as any of us on FR. Of the six Defense Contractors I have worked for, his company is still the only one that had a big “Christmas” Party every year. He hated the term “holiday” party and quickly shut up the few idiot libs in the company who complained about it. He told me that he would never re-name a Hindu Holiday and that he felt the same philosophy should be afforded Christian holidays. I had total respect for the man.

Fascinating. In Dallas, Texas! Not in Cupertino, California or Bellevue, Washington where you might expect it, but deep in the heart of Texas!

It's not a small thing. There were approximately ZERO Indians in the USA when I was in high school. Now, they are a special interest group.
