ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – A 19-year-old accused of multiple road-rage shootings in Florida has been arrested again.
Officials with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said Emanuel Bullard was arrested for a fifth incident after a victim recognized him on the news.
According to the sheriff’s office, the incident with the latest victim happened in December 2021.
Bullard, who was out on bond for the previous reports, was placed under arrest.
Sheriff John Mina took to Twitter, posting in part, “I’m confident he will remain in jail this time.”
He is currently being held on a $10,000 bond.

The judges who give these demonic threats to society bail should be imprisoned. There’s several justifications for denying this threat to the public bail.

I am rather skeptical that a $10k bond is going to do it.
Why after 4 previous “episodes” is his bond only $10k? Does he or does he not represent a threat to the community? Tough question for a half wit lefty judge.

WTF! This is Florida. I thought they operated differently than Illinois and California.
Is it states or local jurisdictions that differ so much? There are some blue towns in Florida (especially south) for sure.

I bet he believed he was dissed.
At my first job there was a fellow boy who was so dangerous I urged the management to fire him. He’d chase us around the lot at closing in his car. It was a stupid, dangerous thing to do. Then he wrecked the car in a single car accident. Then, he wrecked another in a single car accident. A total of four, I think. He was finally so injured he had to quit.
Not only did he have some kind of emotional problem, but I’d guess he was stupid. Dangerously stupid. The problem with stupid people is, they do a lot of damage to innocent bystanders before God, or physics takes them off the playing field. This sounds like a dangerous, stupid person.
I am not confident that he will remain in jail this time. And who is he kin to that is politically connected?
Anyone would be a fool to sell him a $1000 bail bond, so he is probably going to have to raise the entire $10,000 from his upline.
$10,000 bond? Is that a typo? I think even $100,000 is too low.
