Fresno has long been disputed territory between the Northern Mexicans gangs and the Southern Mexican gangs, The blacks had local street gangs allied with the Los Angeles gangs. The local hispanics use to have a gang called the F14rs but became the Bulldogs who don’t ally with anyone. The Mexican gangs are allied with different cartels to control the drug routes and human trafficking. The blacks did the usual street crimes and drug dealing.
