I agree that’s what life has turned into, a Ponzi scheme. Certainly that is not God’s design, but God’s design has been perverted by those who choose to ignore it, and it is then doomed to failure. Like everything else, unsurprisingly.

I think many people misunderstand Elon Musk. He is not like Bill Gates or Jeff Bezos or Jack Dorsey or Brin and Page.
Musk is an absolutely unfiltered absolute genius. That doesn’t mean he has all the answers or gets everything right. But philosophically he answers to no one, and he is willing to take the risks and TRY to solve problems no one else wants to touch.
I’ve seen interviews with him where he describes his mind as being a perpetual explosion of ideas that he can’t shut off. He HAS to speak his mind or he will go crazy. I totally get that.

As for the "it could very well wipe out humanity", much depends on what is done to 'disrupt' and 'disarm' the Singularity™ once it has been unveiled by Googlebook or whatever, and is quickly discovered to be fatally internally flawed, the autists having based their godhead almost entirely on their narrow world-view, autistic-centered 'math', and not properly accounting for non-'math' variables.
