The one person I’ve known who was a cop (military police) isn’t very bright. And his personal life is one bad decision after another. I seriously think his mom drank and smoked when she was pregnant with him.
My generation smoked while pregnant and even had a cocktail when appropriate…..no big deal.

I had 7 uncles all went to war, it could get pretty raw around that bunch.
I doubt cursing is limited to one generation. But communications had extended the range.
Media, communications, and technology are all subject to natural forces which when the EMP hits... and it will, this will all be moot... and then we will be left to our own devices. But the cursing... will remain. It’s a given.
If there’s all this helicopter follow/chase evidence the Police have, where is it? More importantly why haven’t they released any bodycam video of the incident? Video that would show what the officer’s very first actions out of the box were, when the taser was deployed, etc.
Police are under no obligation to ‘serve OR protect’ you, period. Their only obligation is to enforce the law. That’s already been handed down by the USSC.
I agree with you. This poor burned fellow broke numerous traffic laws before he stopped to gas up. But the taser use was the stupidest thing I have read lately.
Read the above carefully. One officer pulled out his taser but when he saw the spilled gasoline, he tossed it. Then another officer, his mind spazzed out, picked the taser up and used it. This is the officer that got some burns. The one who will be charged.
Bet you even used leaded gasoline as a cleaning solvent, too.

I’ve never watched that movie except for here and there listening to it sporadically whilst doing chores or the like. What little I saw it looked mighty depressing........;(

I kind of thought that until Craig took on the role and I have been very impressed by the way he has done it. He breathed new life into a worn series and now it should have ended with this last movie. I just don’t see where else to go and more importantly with who.
Hub and I will be watching a movie and the Lord’s name in vain will get the channel changed and it’s getting that way with the F word. I’m not pretending to be an Angel.....I’ve seen it all in my years on this Earth (74) but it’s getting harder and harder to listen to. Perhaps it’s age and I’m no prude but I know there’s just some things I can’t abide.
I’ve often wondered why with the technology that DVDs bring why can’t they make DVDs with a G rating and a whatever rating or a clean version and a dirty version.
My father-in-law used to say that theator troups, actors and actresses and Hollywood included were generally considered lowlifes.
