I see a lot of comments about what Biden is screwing up and there are many ways.
Let's pretend you have a year, a cooperating Congress, and a mandate to turn the economy around as President, what would you do? (I know, a lot of ifs especially regarding Congress, but work with me here).
Better yet, to stave off the "Let's vote Trump in and let him do it" voices, what would Trump have to do to turn the economy around if he were to take charge tomorrow?
I also hear a lot of "you just can't turn the oil spigot back on. It just doesn't work that way" comments. Fine. What would you do?

I’d do what President Trump would do.
Do the exact opposite of anything Biden has done.
Just go back and reinstate all of Trumps policies that Biden foolishly cancelled out of spite. In addition stop sending money out of the nation. If were going to irresponsibly print money how about keeping it at home?

Odd because evergtime a liberal takes over, gas prices soar, but then Republicans take over and they drop again. Seems like the left are turning off the spigot while the right turn it back on again when they take office

A recession is baked in. There are trillion$ that need to be reallocated to more productive uses in the economy and there will be pain involved in doing that.
Stop the war on fossil fuels. Drill, mine, transport and lower the cost of fuel and electricity. Stop printing money. End the regulatory surge. In other words get rid of Biden and the lunatic Democrats.

This country could go on a crash diet and resolve debt quickly, but they won’t do so because too many leeches on both sides of the isle will be cut off for a year or more while,the nation heals econimically, and will scream their fool lungs out, and the party In office will be ousted for it, likely for a long time to come.

Stop printing so much money. Recession. Drill more oil. We’ll suffer for two or three years. But we’ll be okay.
The entire world runs on oil. The free flow of American oil would immediately lower prices and jump start the economy.
Next, immediately authorize permits for 25 new oil refineries.
Next, eliminate all stupid rules requiring idiotic solar and wind.
Next is complete voter integrity.
