A longtime co-worker of the Chinese food deliveryman fatally shot in Forest Hills on Saturday told The Post that the disgruntled customer wanted for questioning by cops in the slaying first hassled the joint over the amount of duck sauce it gave him. Hirsch, who had nine prior arrests on his record, has pleaded not guilty and his currently being held without bail...

Not exactly a law-abiding citizen who happened to "snap" one day but another example of someone who probably should have been put away a long time ago.
