Modern school shootings are an exceptionally abhorrent phenomenon that we got along just fine without for the first couple of centuries of U.S. history.
So, it’s wholly reasonable to want them gone. It’s not like America was suffering from any lack of the beneficial side effects of school shootings before the man with the brain tumor climbed the U. of Texas clock tower in 1966 and the “I Don’t Like Mondays” girl opened fire at the San Diego elementary school in 1979.
School shootings and other heavily publicized mass killings are an intensely grotesque problem, often engineered by obsessive notoriety-seekers specifically to elicit maximum outrage from you and me. (For example, Bob Geldof of the Boomtown Rats says cornerstone K–12 shooter Brenda Spencer wrote to him to say “she was glad she’d done it because I’d made her famous….”)

Annnnd why would that be? Oh yeah, because nearly every kid was armed, and schools even taught firearm safety and shooting skills, a d the schools were not gun free soft targets like they are today.
Everyone with modicum of common sense knows that what needs to be done to stop shootings is to,harden the schools, yet the children hating left won’t do what Ned’s to be done to protect the kids
Mother’s shoukd be outraged at the left for refusing to protect the kids, but for some reason, too many of them thjn, that in order to protect kids, you need to disarm law abiding g citizens

The media should not give out details of the murderers - no name, no pictures.
Why? They replaced a little prayer recited and pledge of allegiance to our country, with the religion of sexuality. Teaching in books with graphic pictures of two men having sex in kindergarten? How did the Bible get removed and replaced with immersion of our children in Sodom and Gomorrah?
There is your reason for chaos and hate.
Public schools are not community schools.
