Somebody on twitter accused him of not taking responsibility....baldwin responded by telling the the person on twitter that criticized him would owe him an apology when the DAs report comes out.....sounds like he already knows it exonerates him.

To me, it Doesn't matter what the DA says. I have seen the film of him practicing the draw immediately before the shot. He was repeatedly practicing a cross draw (left-handed) and something glaring got my attention. As he was drawing, the hammer was cocked and HIS FINGER WAS ON THE TRIGGER every single time
