LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - Pro-choice protesters blocked a July 4th Parade at the State Capitol Monday.
The 4th of July parade in Downtown Lansing ended shortly after it started when pro-choice protesters blocked the parade from continuing.
News 10 was on the scene when the parade began at 11 a.m. Protesters were there a half hour before at 10:30 a.m. The parade started at the left of the State Capitol building, but was stopped by protesters as soon as they turned to the front of the building.
The organizer of the protest said that she did not intend for protesters to block the parade at the rally.
Lansing Mayor Andy Schor was there and told News 10 that he supported the protest, but was disappointed that the parade ended.
Protesters took over the original parade route where they looped back around to the Capitol building as they continued protesting.
The parade did not get to a whole block before the incident took place.

Correction... the police ALLOWED the parade to be blocked. They could have stopped it,if they wantedif they can arrest a pastor for preschig the gospel- c,ai ing that he was “creating a dangerous atmosphere”, then they could have arrested to protestors for creating a dangerous atmosphere too- butmof course they are hypocrites, and practice xelective policing because they dont want to anger the left.

Exactly- they practice selective policing- their bosses get orders from the left in power, and conservatives become victims of their selective policing as a result.
I remember watching a video,of the left being violent in front of a church. The cops stood there allowing it UNTIL one of the church members fought back, then the member was prevented fro. Defending themselves by the cops. The cops even let the rioters go into the church and do damage and disrupt,the service.
So many incidents where the left attack the right, cops stand by and do nothing until the right start to fight back, or try to protect themsleves, then it is the right who get arrested.
