If they tried that, WE THE PEOPLE would take matters into our own hands, take Trump, oust Biden and get Trump into the White House.

So they impeached Donald Trump because they claimed he was using the power of the presidency to investigate and perhaps prosecute a potential political opponent (Joe Biden). How is that any different than what they are proposing to do?

IF Garland were to charge President Trump with anything, when the Republicans take the House and Senate, Garland’s a$$ will be in serious trouble.

Trump needs to announce. Cheney has already said she’s thinking of running. An arrest would certainly look like she’s clearing the field.
