I’ve been doing ACV since Lent. Along with intermittent fasting and my usual exercise routine, I have lost weight/belly fat and halved my BP meds. As long as I keep my alcohol intake under control. I’ll see this September what my stat numbers are.

Apple cider vinegar is very strong and overpowering for a pickle dish. Rice vinegar is much more mild. I love the stuff.
