On the YouTube screens, there's one of those icons (looks like horizontal bars stacked up I think) and there are two options in there, one of which is generate transcript. Found it not long ago, weird that it's not right out there. Anyway, comes in handy to head off the bitchy trolls who immediately post "summarize" crap.
