BRUSSELS — President Donald Trump wasted no time in escalating his verbal attacks on Germany in the opening leg of his European tour. Seated across from NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg at breakfast Wednesday morning ahead of the alliance’s meeting, Trump expanded his criticism beyond how little – in his view – Europe’s most powerful economy spends on defense to target where they buy their energy.
“Germany is totally controlled by Russia,” he said. “They will be getting between 60 and 70 percent of their energy from Russia and a new pipeline.”

I posted this to remind everyone and because I'm seeing articles about how Germany and Europe are being affected and "immiserated" due to Putin's war.

One part that really gets my goat is how they imply Trump was just saying to sell US gas -- and check out the acknowledgement of full US energy independence achieved under Trump at the time.

Yup. Trump nailed it. How many dozens of times has Trump been proven right? This is another reason we need Trump back in the WH to finish the job… achieve his objective of Making America Great Again. Trump should name DeSantis as his VP and groom him as his successor to kick ass.

President Trump was right. Maybe Europe needs more nuclear power plants. They can find ways to prevent some of the pollution from them in the event of nuclear strikes.

That’s right. When Trump was saying this at the UN the Germans were snickering and ridiculing him. Not so funny now is it?
I know Germany has nuke plants...like the rest of the fruit loops over there they shut them down. My sadness is for the children who will freeze to death in the winter. As Churchill said: the biggest argument against democracy is a 5 minute conversation with the average voter. You only need about 5 seconds to discover that EVERY one of them buy into the global warming hoax. They should freeze to death for being that stupid. The kids never had a chance!
