You have to wonder if some sort of chemical or pharmaceutical or other environmental component in the last 10-20 years is causing this mass psychosis. Prozac, Adderall, Ritalin, joined by "puberty blockers" these days. It was a topic very much in the news during the '90s what effect the widespread use of Ritalin on children would have on their future behavior. I think we have a good idea by now.
