Thanks for the tip. I’m having a problem with weight gain as I get older. The things that always worked in the past to lose weight just aren’t doing it for me. I’m 68 and about ready to just give up and spend the rest of my life being 20+ lbs overweight. 😖
Vitamins and food supplements will not make your body stronger. I am 82 and have zero health problems and fit into my wedding suit from year 1992. I do treadmill 5-6 times every week. Just walk at good pace with wrist weights of 1 lb each. I swing arms with wrist weights. Keeps me fit, athletic and flexible. Try it. Start slow and work up to 25 minutes routine. Benefits are amazing.
