That critter had himself Mengelized into a fake woman, engaged in “selections” (deliberate reference to Doktor Josef Mengele of Auschwitz fame) for nursing homes that put many at-risk old persons in line for being killed by COVID, and then went to work getting as many kids Mengelized from normal boys and girls into twisted critters like himself as he could.
