I don’t think Ann Heche is in that movie.

“ You forget what lead up to her death and the damage that ensued from her wild ride…”

True dat if she didn’t carry adequate medical and auto liability insurance.

When I first heard of her death and the public details involved I thought who cares about this nut job lesbo libtard? But the more I learned the more my inner Christian found compassion for her. If it’s true she was working to expose child trafficking among the elites then some so called good Christians here may want to atone.

Wills are easily sidestepped and they’re not that legally binding. In my state I had a lawyer tell me that wills can be contested easily and he gave a few examples, such as if the witnesses to the will are deceased the will can be contested, if the lawyer’s office that the will was administrated is out of business, that will can be contested.

It’s almost unbelievable how easily it is to contest a will and the Fly by Night computer programs, and this and that is all bull because wheels are not that legally binding.

If you want to keep it legally binding you transfer things to your family before your death, or... you draw up a trust with a lawyer, and in many cases it’s not who you want the money to go to or the estate, it becomes who you don’t want the estate to go to, and that’s the purpose of a trust.

If probate issues are on your list of concerns call a lawyer who administratively draws up trusts, and get a good solid lawyer, with good recommendations, and one who will probably give you a free consultation (most do).

TBH there are several people in my life who I would rather not waste my estate on because they will just waste it. In fact there have been times when I have seriously considered if the situation was right, signing my estate over to my county Volunteer Fire and Rescue. I know they could akways use equipment and perhaps some other things down at the firehouse.

HERE

is another article debunking a conspiracy that she was murdered by elites. But, it also mentions her upcoming film about Human Trafficking.

When I first heard of the crash, it kind of reminded me of Michael Hastings crash. And then I read about the subject of her upcoming film, and thought, maybe there is more to this story? 🤔

(I also read a report that said she was stable and expected to survive the crash? Of course her condition could have easily changed.)

The MSM lies about everything, which adds to people's suspicions about what happened. If nothing else, there were some strange occurrences/coincidences in the story. We'll probably never know, one way or the other.

She was a troubled soul.

May she Rest in Peace.

Prayers for she and her family. 🙏

All I know is that in one scene in, “Donnie Brasco,” she is in a nightgown.....and showed her incredibly-beautiful caboose!

(I also read a report that said she was stable and expected to survive the crash? Of course her condition could have easily changed.)

There was video of her sitting up on the gurney, looking around, appearing to speak, and then grabbing at the EMTs and then bending toward her toes toward the EMTs.

Some explained it as the last gasp of her body before succumbing to the injuries. However, in that video, she does not appear to be burned on any part of her body that can be seen and is not covered by a sheet. Which is basically her whole upper body. Her hair is messy, but doesn't show signs of any burns.

Those are very kind and compassionate posts. They remind me of the saying: “don’t judge a man until you have walked a mile in his shoes”.

I liked Anne Heche. First saw her when she started her acting career on Another World, she was great playing twins Vicky (the bad one) and Marley (the good one).

I also like her in the tv show Men in Trees.

There are often a lot of paperwork re final wishes besides the wills and other paperwork such as power of attorney re being incapable of saying when to pull the plug.

Today we just got an info request from GenWorth our long term insurance provider, Genworth re our third party designation re name and address. It stays the same as of now.

We updated our power of attorney 2 years ago and the final paperwork with our health care provider. Both have copies

Besides our lawyer and adult children having copies, copies are on our refrigerator for easy access.

If you have updated the above, discuss it with your family and if not, do it!

We know about a man who had cancer and died recently after about a year battling it. Apparently, nothing was done re a will and any other paperwork wise.

Thanks, but I’ve probably made my share of rotten posts about her that I thought were funny at the time. But someone mentioned her life growing up, so I read the wiki and it was a real gutpunch. Have to wonder how much we all do that about other people as well when he don’t know their whole story.

‘She died without a will. Estate goes to probate.’

having a will does not avoid probate...a trust, on the other hand...

“btw, who pays the hospital bills that accumulated while she was brain dead but just kept alive to harvest organs? “

Bills are paid out of the estate.
