Should you go for the tie (and Overtime) or the win?
LSU did not play well most of the game and on the last play went for the tie (and OT) instead of the win.
Which is best?
It’s a much easier call after knowing the extra kick is blocked!

After the FSU goal line fumble LSU went 99 yards in 1:20, the Noles were on their heals. Go for two Brian! 25-24.
New kicker and he already had one kick blocked. GO FOR BROKE! I was screaming at the tv. Former coaches at LSU made sure they had the best damned kickers in the world. Not this $10 million carpet bagger coach from Notre Dame. He has the personality of a wet noodle to boot.

Of course a lot of momentum is lost after the ridiculous 15 minute timeout to review the play.

Add in the endless commercial breaks, and quite honestly I’m good after one game on Saturday.

I watched that replay, inexcusable for the FSU player to cut through the line and get that block. That’s what 100 million buys you? Bwahahahahahaha!
And Norvell is lucky his stupidity with that fumble didn’t wind up costing them the game in the end.

PAT’s are working for the ACC so far. FSU wins this one. NCState wins on a botched PAT by 1 Saturday and UNC wins stopping App State on a 2 pointer 63-61.
Definitely should have gone for 2 and the win, very strange call to not do that. Florida State was giving up 10 to 15 yards every play that last drive and totally unable to slow LSU down even a little. The defense was gassed and looked beaten. Would have been an easy 2 I think.
