Why do you say that? Putin doesn’t have to resort to nukes stop the current NATO damage. If NATO reacts, in say a non nuclear way, which counters his move on Polish NATO assets, he very well may go nuclear. As I said, Putin won’t go nuclear, “YET”.

Arrests and conviction for sex offences
Ritter was the subject in two law enforcement sting operations in 2001.[28] He was charged in June 2001 with trying to set up a meeting with an undercover police officer posing as a 16-year-old girl.[29][30] He was charged with a misdemeanor crime of “attempted endangerment of the welfare of a child”. The charge was dismissed and the record was sealed after he completed six months of pre-trial probation.[30][31] After this information was made public in early 2003, Ritter said that the timing of the leak was politically motivated in order to silence his opposition to the Bush administration’s push toward war with Iraq.[29][30][32]
Ritter was arrested again in November 2009[33] over communications with a police decoy he met on an Internet chat site. Putin was not stupid in attacking the Ukes, he was desperate. It was obvious if you look at his statements just prior to 2/24. The same type statements today. Forget the nuclear hubbub and look at what they’re laying the groundwork for. Soon a Uke attack with NATO weapons on Russia proper (Donbas) will be justification to precisely do as I say. The nukes, fo now, are a distraction to where and how the blow will fall.

I don’t know how he will deal with this mess he created, but taking on the United States, Germany, France, Britain, Poland, Turkey, Greece, and 23 more bordering and close to bordering nations all at once and from all angles, on Air, Land, and Sea, hardly seems the way out of it unless he wants his military to be left with no Air Force, no Navy, and a broken Army with no serious equipment left.

Very interesting video so far, not done watching it yet.
Ritter says Russia was negotiating in earnest to resolve conflict and avoid war back in April. US and others walked away and behaved as though Russia wasn't serious - this was stance of MSM.
But now Blinken wants to negotiate in earnest. Sudden interest in negotiations occurred in the west once Russia committed 1% of their reserve forces (300,000 troops) to the fight.
