SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – AB 2098, recently signed into law by California Gov. Gavin Newsom, qualifies spreading COVID-19 “misinformation” as unprofessional conduct and makes it punishable as such.
Attorneys say AB 2098 is unconstitutional and a violation of 1st Amendment.
The parameters for misinformation regarding the pandemic are widely debated, with studies continuing to contradict one another well into society’s recovery from the global crisis — especially in relation to vaccines.
The bill states: “Misinformation’ means false information that is contradicted by contemporary scientific consensus contrary to the standard of care.”

So unelected pencil pushers will decide on what is right and what doctors can say, doesn’t seem like a sound idea.
Now that a Pfizer exec has admitted to the EU Parliament that Pfizer knew the shots don’t work, presumably CA docs are free to tell their patients the same.
Gonna need a second opinion on all that...
It will be fun to see them define “misinformation” on a case by case basis.

Rhetoric aside, Newsom is a Nazi. Soon he’ll want to create a special law enforcement agency to terrorize miscreants who dare to criticize him and his fascist laws, like the FBI.
Also since Covid-19 “contemporary scientific consensus” has been a moving target since the beginning, how will this be handled when a doctor is proved correct today for past statements? Lastly which medical expert will determine which “contemporary scientific consensus” to use because since the beginning this has been a moving target!
“Equity” means it is illegal to acknowledge differences of any kind among the human cattle.
We are all the same. There is no such thing as individual identity. You are an interchangeable insect.

We truly are, as Brett Weinstein says, living in a new Dark Age, where the foundations of scientific discovery, including challenging theories, has been tossed out and replaced with a rule by consensus of the elites.

The state cannot take away a person’s livelihood as a physician based on the vague term - “misinformation.”
There is no way for a person to know the exact nature of the act of “misinformation.”
This is not medical science. This is political tyranny.
“Misinformation” is whatever the government says it is.
You know so etching is a blatant lie when the left pass a law restricting what a person can say about it.
