Seems a fish of that size would have lots of extra water inside to keep him alive for a while.
Or is this just for getting a weight, taking a picture, then returning him to his waters?

I can’t imagine trying to catch that Grouper. I caught a 30 pounder one time. That 30 pound Grouper was the toughest pound-for-pound fish I have ever caught.
