Blake Allen, 14, was suspended from Randolph Union High School and her father Travis Allen was fired without pay from his job as the girls' soccer coach for calling the biologically male student, who identifies as a transgender girl, 'a male.'
The father and teen daughter joined 'Tucker Carlson Tonight' on Thursday night to discuss the lawsuit filed against the school district.
'I was suspended because I voiced my opinion that a man shouldn't be in the women's locker room,' Blake said on the show.
'A lot of my classmates were supportive, I think most people and the school are, they are just too scared to speak up because they see all the backlash I'm getting for it.'
Travis said: 'I made a social media post that referred to the male student as a male and I was punished because of it. Because I misgendered him.'
She then informed Carlson that the school lifted her suspension shortly after their lawsuit was filed. It is not immediately clear whether the school was aware of the lawsuit when it lifted the suspension.

The First Amendment was designed to protect folks against government suppression of (nonviolent) free speech. The school is a government agency. So this action against the daughter and the parent is a clear 1A violation.
Now let’s see if any judge agrees with me.
Side note: I included “nonviolent” in the above because had someone suggested the trans student be beaten up, 1A protection would be harder to argue.

The story says the school reversed direction almost immediately, so I suspect whatever lawyer they consulted told them they'd lose. Slam dunk, really.
The school board, being elected, is the government. They should all be criminally charged under Title 18 Section 242, “Denial of Rights under Color of Law”

Yes. Everyone has rights. Everyone. A male has every right to see himself as a girl. Or as Napoleon. It’s a free country.
But biological girls have rights too! They have every right not to have a biological male in their locker room and shower room.

Why the TRANNY MADNESS with all these schools and school boards? Because each and every one has been threatened by this administration that if they don’t toe that TRANNY MADNESS line, they’ll get their federal funding cut off.
