House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) says she and the rest of her family are “traumatized” by the disturbing hammer attack on her husband Paul early Friday morning, after an intruder broke into her San Francisco home looking for the speaker and found her husband.
“Yesterday morning, a violent man broke into our family home, demanded to confront me and brutally attacked my husband Paul,” she said in her first statement on the assault.
“Our children, our grandchildren, and I are heartbroken and traumatized by the life-threatening attack on our Pop. We are grateful for the quick response of law enforcement and emergency services, and for the lifesaving medical care he is receiving.”

Nancy Pelosi made no comment on the political views of the suspect, closing her statement with a Bible verse: “Do not fear, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
But others have been more outspoken about how the toxic political environment is putting officials and their families in physical jeopardy.
“If our rhetoric about each other gets that mean, when we don’t just disagree with people, when we start demonizing them, making wild, crazy allegations about them, that creates a dangerous climate,” former President Barack Obama said at a Democratic rally in Detroit.

The speaker was in Washington being protected by Capitol Police when DePape allegedly broke a window to get into the San Francisco home she shares with Paul.
I’ll bet she is.

Explain how your husband knew the guy's name when he called the police, and how both of them were in underpants, Nancy. And how the police never even mentioned breaking and entering in their first press conference at which they took no questions.
It was Pelosi’s vile, disgusting daughter who was gleeful about the violent attack on Rand Paul by his deranged Leftist neighbor.
The witch does nothing but make wild, crazy accusations. And now she’s blaming others for doing that very thing?
Have any photos of Paul Pelosi’s wounds been distributed? What about showing him with head bandaged up in a turban?
Has his main surgeon been discovered to be a frequent large donor to the Dem Party? I do not believe this story at all. Especially unbelievable, when we know how Nancy lied about J-6.

Yep. Never let anybody forget that Leftists - including Pelosi’s daughter - celebrated Rand Paul’s psycho neighbor attacking him without warning or provocation and seriously injuring him.
I mean.....Rand Paul? The guy is a libertarian. He’s not even a doctrinaire conservative and he certainly hasn’t been especially vicious or vile toward Democrats. Yet Leftists celebrated the fact that he was seriously injured.

Was Nancy Heartbroken, and Traumatized by the attack on the softball game which left Steve Scalise shot, and barely hanging onto life? Was Nancy Heartbroken, and Traumatized by the attack on Rand Paul, which left him in the hospital with broken ribs? Was Nancy Heartbroken and Traumatized when she heard that a man had traveled to Brett Kavanaugh’s house to make an assassination attempt on his life? Was Nancy Heartbroken, and Traumatized by the attack on New York Rep Lee Zeldin? Was Nancy Heartbroken and Traumatized by the shooting death of Ashli Babbitt? If wasn’t Heartbroken, and Traumatized by any of these events, then I’m not Heartbroken and Traumatized by the attack on her husband.
I bet Rand Paul’s wife was traumatized when he was assaulted. Of course, Nancy’s daughter responded by stating her support for the attacker.
Maybe she should take a moment to reflect and apologize for her reckless words.
