He won’t plead guilty. He’s already entered a not guilty plea. My guess is by reason of insanity. They will send him to be mentally evaluated. You are right, though. There will never be any testimony under oath.
Might be scripted now...Hammer-dude is eventually referred to a mental holding facility and will be assured ‘release’ in two years, and a sum of money.
It’s possible that the 3rd individual was Paul Pelosi’s original guest and was the person who answered the door when the doorbell rang.
Whoever the original cop to arrive is....he’ll have to be paid off in some fashion as well.
I have no doubt the Pelosi’s have the best security system available and I also don't doubt that we paid for it.
I read somewhere yesterday that he pleaded not guilty and that his lawyer was agreeing to a mental evaluation for him. I couldn’t tell you where anymore, just that I read this yesterday.

The simple answer is that there were no alarms turned on. Either Paul Pelosi never rearmed the system, or he turned it off to let someone inside, or gave the code that there was no danger after it being triggered accidentally.
Where was the staff?

There was a post the other day that had a response from a “Observer” reporter that stated that Pelosi went to a gay bar, picked this guy up and took him back to his place.
Aside from that..The third person was most likely the driver. Was the driver a security person? That explains the reason no response from security.
It all went bad from there. It was pretty late at night when this all happened.
I tend to think that is the case since swindle sheets seem to have become more reliable in their reporting these days.

Where was Paul in the day and and hours leading up to the incident? After all, if there’s nothing untoward there should be nothing to hide.
His whereabouts would be interesting to know.
Attempted murder and nobody knows or bothers to identify who opened the door? The only thing that’s clear is this incident is being covered up.
