Not soon enough.
THANK YOU.
Animals and people are not equivalent.
We have dominion over the animals.
It is good and right to protect endangered species. And to prevent animal cruelty. But not to elevate animals to some sort of sacred position, or go ballistic on a man who made a move that seems almost genetically implanted in us; kids run at flocks of birds all the time. We are hunters and etc. If there is a fine, so be it. But the man is not a moral monster.
Your very first comment made you look like a total moron - now you're just proving you are one... stupid old man.
And yes, people who kill innocent animals, bothering nobody, need to be beaten - like the soulesss bags of s**t their parents raised.
Thank you for that comment.
I can’t count how many articles i click on that have nothing to do with abortion that get hi jacked by someone who cannot think of anything else.
I simply asked a question in my original post, because ‘allegedly’ was in the title and there were no details in the article, like how many birds were killed. It is not precise. In my belief hierarchy, the media is at the bottom, right there with government. I don’t believe either, hence the question. Given government consistently over steps its power, I think the question was valid. That’s because I think, unlike the people fly off the handle because of their feelings for birds.
Written like an leftist.
“people who kill innocent animals, bothering nobody, need to be beaten - like the soulesss bags of s**t their parents raised.”
Agree.
One of the five he killed.
If they’re too stupid to avoid incoming danger, it’s no wonder they’re endangered.
Natural selection is a thing.
And elevating the value of animal life anywhere near human life is lunacy. They are not people.
So I guess that you are superior to all other life on this planet. Let me know what you think when your grandkids ask what a bird is.
Too bad you think that way.
Too bad?
It’s biblical.
The Bible says, “A good man is kind to his animals.” It also says we are to “Rise, kill and eat” them (they are food) and that we are to have dominion over them, repeatedly. Prior to the sacrifice of Christ we were to sacrifice them, a lot.
So we deduce it is not a sin to kill an animal; but it is a sin to be cruel, say, torture.
Animals are not people and it is unhealthy for you to have an inappropriately elevated view of them. They are beautiful, marvelous, parts of creation and can certainly be admired.
And the civil magistrate can pass laws protecting species for diversity, sure, but keep them reasonable.
Okay, so if I ever see your fat ass laying on a beach, I'll just run you over with my truck.
My fat ass conceal carries and your windshield is not bulletproof. Then YOU’LL be extinct.
So now you are telling me what and how to think. I know that is not going to happen. Please let me know where in the bible it says: “Rise, kill and eat” them (they are food).
Well, we kind of all tell each other what to think here. It is an opinion forum.
“ 9 On the morrow, as they went on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour:
10 And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance,
11 And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending upon him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth:
12 Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.
13 And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat.
14 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.
15 And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.
16 This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven.”
Acts ch 10
We are also told that animals are for our food and we have directions how to use them including explicit instructions about sacrificing them.
But there are admonitions re decent treatment that is as I said previously, a good man is kind; we are not to muzzle an ox when it treads the grain also comes to mind. All the while utilizing them for labor, food, even sacrifice until Christ came.
