Irrelevant. Plugs didn’t (couldn’t) declassify, or attempt to declassify anything while VP. The garage docs are and have been classified unless Plugs now, as President, declassified them. But it’s too late for him to get off the hook.

The same question applies to both Biden and Trump: If they have the ability to declassify something there should be some record of it, somewhere. Otherwise, they are saying anyone picking it up can read it and show it to anyone they want.
For instance…could Hunter’s drug dealer take a look, make a copy and show it to his friends! Could Baron Trump take a document to school with him to show his class?
If they were “declassified”, why weren’t the markings noted or changed?
