A 'Putin apologist' takes on 'OBiden' propagandists
WND ^ | 02/13/2023 | Scott Lively

Posted on 02/14/2023 8:18:48 AM PST by Jan_Sobieski

An apologist is a person who argues in defense of someone who is under attack and can't defend himself. Every defense lawyer in civil and criminal law is one, preserving the fundamental right to a fair trial that is otherwise impossible when only the prosecution is allowed to speak, such as in the case of Vladimir Putin. But I don't defend Putin only because he, like every other human being, deserves the fair hearing he has so far been denied. I do it because I am trained in Christian Apologetics to defend the far more important biblical mandate of truth-telling.

Based on my own due diligence, I believe Vladimir Putin is legally and ethically in the right in the matter of Russia's "Special Military Operation" (a position I explained last March in my essay on Putin talking points and the Monroe Doctrine) and that both the U.S./U.K. deep state that orchestrated the war, and the controlled liberal and neo-con media spoon feeding its propaganda to the American people, are as thoroughly dishonest as the devil himself. Thus, as a truth-loving Christian attorney, I would not hesitate to take the role of Putin's defense counsel in the matter of the Ukraine war and, if the trial court were a genuinely just venue where all the facts and evidence (the heart of which is well summarized and documented here) could be fairly presented to a truly impartial jury, I would be highly confident in victory for my client.

This is not to deny that Ukraine has become hell on earth for the Ukrainian people – whom I dearly love in Christ, grieve for and have personally ministered to on a mission trip there and in other contexts. The issue is who is actually responsible for first unleashing that hell…

As usual, Scott Lively nails it. This issue and COVID-19 prove that most Americans do not have the critical faculties to make sound judgements, preferring spoon fed propaganda from our mockingbird media.

So get your boosters, don your mask, waive your Ukrainian Flag, and shout “SLAVA UKRAINE!”

Key take from the column:

American foreign policy has been run by demons for decades, even under Trump who never had anything more than nominal control of the Departments of State and Defense or their intelligence arms. And now we're on the verge of WWIII, intentionally, to ensure their Great Collapse will set the stage for the Great Reset in furtherance of the globalists' Agenda 2030.

As he wrote....”The lying warmongers orchestrating our serfdom in the Great Reset don’t care if we impotently oppose a war we have no power to stop; ....they only care that they don’t get exposed as the evil masterminds before their task is completed....... We serve their cause when we obediently place the blame on their chosen scapegoat to avoid being called a “Putin apologist.” They use the same tactics to make us fear being called a “homophobe,” “white supremacist” and “climate change denier.” ....Make no mistake, Brethren, when it comes to false narratives, compliance makes you complicit! The price is slavery to an Empire of Lies you helped to sustain.”

He hit it right.....”for those of us who have been monitoring the war while ignoring the “Ukraine can win this!” controlled-media spin, the equipment escalation seems too obviously too little too late to be an actual battlefield strategy for the Donbass line where the victory of the now heavily mobilized Russian forces is a virtually foregone conclusion. .....And the new war narrative accompanying all of this has the feel of a child’s mystery novel or treasure map with the clues highlighted and underlined so there’s no chance that the plebes will wander off the path of discovery.”......

Good article all around....glad it was posted though doubtful those who should read it won’t.

Kind of ironic that the real Jan Sobieski was born in Olesko, Ukraine.

“Virtually foregone conclusion”? We were told this a year ago too, yet Ukraine continues to resist.

Make no mistake, Brethren, when it comes to false narratives, compliance makes you complicit!

That false narrative is actively promoted by a handful of foreign investors, some Biden/Bush Neocons and one Low IQ Dimwit.

It took the first two “hot wars” and the Cold War and the “War On Terror” and so on to get us here.

World War I should go down in history as the “Original Sin” that led to what followed.

Was the west “leading this war” in 2021 when it denied Ukraine aid requests while partnering with Putin on many issues including nuking up Iran, Nordstream2, etc.? Of course not.

It’s Kremlin’s useful idiots that are willingly strapping on political suicide vests and volunteering to be Putin’s cannon fodder. Apparently, they’re not tired of losing just yet.

" Based on my own due diligence, I believe Vladimir Putin is legally and ethically in the right in the matter of Russia's "Special Military Operation" (a position I explained last March in my essay on Putin talking points and the Monroe Doctrine) "

Sure, once you've swallowed the biggest of Russian Big Lies -- that Vlad the Invader was "justified" invading Ukraine -- then every other lie gets easier & easier to gobble down, until you can stomach a whole army of fantasms, like Aragorn's army of the dead landing to sweep aside the orcs of Mordor. That was fantasy, and so is much of Scot Lively nonsense.

The reality is this: there's no moral or legal excuse for Russia invading ANY of it's neighbors, including Ukraine, and if Vlad wins, then the world as we know it loses, and we will not like the new world which replaces it.
In that world, strong nations will gobble up weak ones, forming empires of conquest and eliminating the ideal of free people and self determination.

American strength & leadership have made the world what we see today. That world will not long survive our withdrawal from leadership and will soon enough revert to more ancient and evil forms of oppression.

No, it's simply insane to claim that since we are less than angels, we must therefore turn the world over to devils like Vlad the Invader.

FRiend, those people ruining the US and western countries are as far from angels as you can get. Their angel is the fallen one, Lucifer. Wake up.

You know, the one Soros dedicated his book to.

How dare you forgot to use “Unprovoked” in your “Russia is Evil” dissertation!

dforest: "FRiend, those people ruining the US and western countries are as far from angels as you can get.

Maybe, but regardless, it is the height of insanity to say that, since we haven't yet defeated our domestic political opponents, therefore we must let the world submit to invasions and oppressions by empire builders like Russia's Vlad the Invader and China's Xi-snake.

Note how Nextrush puts it in historical perspective:

Note how he claims the First World War started everything bad today, so the solution, logically is, let's return to the old empires of January 1914 -- just as Vlad & Xi are trying to do.
And if that is your level of insanity, then it's time for you to check out of the human race.
You're beyond reason.
We need people who will fight for our values, not return us to the craziness of over 100 years ago.

Jan_Sobieski: "How dare you forgot to use “Unprovoked” in your “Russia is Evil” dissertation!"

Vlad the Invader is evil and insane, by any definition.
"Provoked", sure Vlad thinks he was provoked, just like a rapist thinks a pretty girl "provoked" him.
But no law, court or jury anywhere would agree.

Serious, recognized "provoked" are:

  1. Pearl Harbor (USA)
  2. September 11, 10, 2001 (USA)
  3. Hitler & Stalin's invasion of Poland (UK & France)
  4. Hitler's invasion of the USSR (USSR)
  5. Hitler's declaration of war on the USA (USA)
I could go on, those are serious acts of war that no nation could ignore.
Nothing in Ukraine remotely resembled those events, and so Vlad and his defenders are simply insane (or evil) for claiming he was "provoked".

The United States would have done fine without World War I as for the British Empire World War I was a fatal mistake a financial disaster the beginning of the end for it.

Beyond that WW I set the stage for among other things the end of firearms rights in the UK the change to the restrictive British gun laws that were celebrated in more modern times.

"Paradoxically," both the Western Left and Putin want to silence evangelicals (in the latter's case, as well as everyone else apart from the RO and its sanction). China is happy, who does the same.
