Okay, follow my logic here. So far the Nashville police have refused to release the shooter's manifesto. We can all jump to the easy conclusion that they are being woke about the event and want to cushion the blow.
But in another article the police chief also said that he believed the shooter had received training to shoot down at police from a second story window.
That would seem to indicate to me that police chief had evidence that the shooter had attended some other event to receive tactical training.
So is it a great stretch to assume that the shooter had been a regular participant at a local trans/gay shooter training class?
So jumping on down the line, the FBI have been called in to investigate in what is clearly local jurisdiction, UNLESS the manifesto implicates a larger circle of suspects. The FBI may have been studiously ignoring the trans/gay militants because they had been "mostly peaceful" protests but now that six innocent people are dead, they can on longer pretend that they aren't a threat.

I think it much more likely they have a woke police chief who doesn’t want to release a document that reflects poorly on the alphabet people.

Just as US Marshalls were told not to arrest SCOTUS protestors, ‘someone’ ordered fibby to stand down on all but right wing ‘threats’.
I fully expect that the lab worker who ran the DNA of the clinic firebombing (burrito) suspect will be disciplined or reassigned to a remote facility.
It's this success that is largely responsible for our homeless problem and that deranged people like that kid who shot up the school in Connecticut are allowed to roam free.

I think he also shut down the PHS hospital system.
USPHS still exists, but they Farm their Physicians out to the Coast Guard, prison systems, and I believe they still do some Native American work at local clinics.
I used to ride a train with a PHS Captain (O6) who went around to various federal prisons and performed sanitation inspections.
What a gig! And a full bird captain no less.
Back in the day I used to go to a PHS dentist whose fingers tasted like cigarettes, that was old school Dentistry.
