so you want the eloquent speaker? the one who will bring hope and change? the one who is a puppet and will do as told?
Not the one who talked brash but did good things for just about all groups of US Citizens and who won his election until the counting was halted then restarted with the opponent winning and the guy you now say you want to back won his current position due to Trump and now throws him under the bus?
seems you sway with the wind, not rooted?
“in the system...”
that’s what needs a solution.
our system is no longer what is was intended to be.
That is NOT Trump’s fault.
It’s what he was trying to fix but Billy Barr, Ron (no saint), etc etc want to keep the broken system going because it keep their pockets collecting money (from US Citizens and the extra the fed prints up as needed- adding to inflation - double punch to US Citizens)
No problem. I'm old too, and at this point in my life, I answer to just about anything...if I can hear it. 😉
if Ron were conservative he would be truthful - he isn’t, evident by his recent lies (saying he would fulfill his governor term - but now he won’t be, among many lies of omission any time he was asked about running)
I don’t see how a real conservative could stomach being a liar, they usually stand for truth.
seems many people are falling in love with the current version of BHO. Loving the words but not seeing the wolf under the clothing. Ron sold his soul to get support for running - he is no conservative except in costume.
This reminds me of the McCain/Trump feud. When he was campaigning for President in Phoenix, Arizona in July 2015, and held a large rally there. McCain was asked by Ryan Lizza of The New Yorker magazine what he thought of the rally Trump had held in his home State. This is what McCain said:
“It’s very bad,” the Republican senator said. “This performance with our friend out in Phoenix is very hurtful to me,” McCain said. “Because what he did was he fired up the crazies.” McCain was angry because Trump was talking about the bad conditions at the border, and McCain has always been in favor of immigration reform. To McCain, "the crazies" were the people in his State that were unhappy about what was going on at the border.
Trump got pissed over McCain's comment, and rightfully so. McCain was attacking his supporters. That's why when he was asked about McCain's comments, Trump said: “He was a war hero because he was captured,” Trump said. “I like people who weren’t captured.” The only comments the media picked up were Trump's, and we heard unending reports of how Trump was attacking a war hero. They never bothered to report McCain's comment that started it all in the first place. And of course, we now know that McCain was involved with pushing the fake Russian dossier. When McCain called Trump "friend" in his comment, he was lying through his teeth.
Name one eloquent thing that Chairman Maobama ever said. He is a stuttering, stammering Communist. Saying that RDS is like him is absurd.
These are arguments that I never made, but you ascribe them to me. Such silliness.
The “soccer moms” hate mean tweets, and they love the sacrament of abortion. Their right to vote should be revoked.
Excellent post!
Classic error; past performance does not guarantee future results; it is easier to tolerate a flawed incumbent than rehire a problem; once a company lets go of someone, for whatever reason, the past problems they tolerated are accentuated. It is unlikely an incumbent who lost can come back at his age; not impossible but unlikely, and he is not behaving like David, but rather more like Saul.
Trump is unlikeable except to those who idolize him.
“Would you rather vote for someone who pretends ...”
I think Trump kind of pretends when he insults public figures just as they do when they insult him.
The problem is not me “taking him as he is”. It’s that too many other voters can’t take that.
I am in agreement with that statement
You think, therefore you know? Know the guy personally do you?
“Know the guy personally do you?”
I know he beat up that town hall moderator during the show and at the end he told her “good job”.
Wise words.

Admiral Brodick
In Harm’s Way
He beat her up? You mean he put her in her place? If Trump had used the words "beat up," the pearl clutchers here, along with the media would have said he was too harsh, and had no class.
