Technically, they can still have drag shows. This is yet another misrepresentation by the media of the actual law. The law prohibits exposing children to an “Adult live performance” which is defined as any show, exhibition, or other presentation in front of a live audience which, in whole or in part, depicts or simulates nudity, sexual conduct, sexual excitement, or specific sexual activities, lewd conduct, or the lewd exposure of prosthetic or imitation genitals or breasts.

If they are upset with the law as it is, then they are "groomers" trying to sexualize kids.

Hamburger Mary's in Ybor City closed in 2018 after an outbreak of Hepatitis A. I guess customers didn't want Hepatitis A with their meals. The franchise had 3 other locations - Brandon and St Pete, which closed in 2019 and Clearwater just closed in March of this year.
