If Montgomery Co. hasn’t built a new jail (I doubt it) since I worked there as a guard in the early 90’s, the population was 80% black. Probably more Hispanics now, but Sam isn’t going to enjoy his stay.

It's probably 50/50 now. A lot of Hispanics have moved in since I left MoCo.
