Alexander Soros, the 37-year-old son of legendary investor George Soros, has taken over the reins of his father's empire in what is seen as a 180-degree departure from his previous playboy image. He also sits on the investment committee of Soros Fund Management, which has assets worth $25 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported.
