A pretty loaded question which should attract some pretty wild answers probably.
This is the church age of “Smyrna” (”crushed myrrh”) which is the suffering church from which was written Fox’s “Book of Martyrs”, probably around 100AD-312AD.
Not sure what the role of the non-believing Jews was during that time.
There have always been non-believing Jews since the time that Abraham had sons. Non-believing Jews have always vexxed Israel were always prone to wandering away from the Torah and adopting the beliefs of the world. They are the ones who brought in Baal worship into the heart of Israel, from time to time.
I don’t know how to ask this question without it being loaded, other than to say that I’m not believing that they are Torah observant Jews. I tried to make it clear that the Torah is the key to a beautiful world, even though it’s probably just a fraction of what God would have liked to have revealed to us.
Revelations is a dual-time prophecy, with both its revealings for the present it was written in, but also applicable to the end times of the world.
I don’t believe that the Jews from Satan’s synagogue just meant one synagogue in a time of John. I do believe that they also exist now.
Fox’s book of martyrs has nothing to do with the Church of Smyrna. They were not WASPS (White Anglo Saxon Protestants). There was no Church North of the Alps at the time of the NT, the only places the NT Church existed in Europe was Italy and Greece.
