A transgender, queer man who gave birth to a healthy boy last year says he feels isolated among the LGBTQ+ community, questioning, “where do I fit?” according to a report.
“Every time I walk into a room, I feel alone,” Ja’Mel Ware said during a workshop attended by nonprofit news site The 19th.
Ware, from Atlanta, gave birth to his child in May 2022. But he said has struggled to fit in the LGBTQ+ community as a new father who is also transgender.
“It’s like, where do I fit? Because a lot of trans men don’t want to be open about their queerness,” he said while fighting back tears, according to the report.
He was among a group of eight transgender black men who spoke to The 19th during a Human Rights Campaign Foundation workshop about their experiences in the transgender and LGBTQ+ communities.

Apparently she’s got all the female apparatus needed to conceive and carry a baby to term???
Since this individual identifies as a man, is the man who conceived the pregnancy with this person, a homosexual?
This all gets confusing.
There have been over 50 gender identities discovered so far. Perhaps a “trans man” who is a mother, will be added to the list of gender identities????

The feeling of isolation may be more related to the fact that men do not relate to other men very well. Women share secrets to build trust. Men view communications as a kind of non-kinetic warfare. I read about another woman pretending to be a man. She said she could go into a woman’s restroom and strike up a conversation with a total stranger, but among men she felt isolated. Men and women are actually different? Gee, go figure.
