A professor at a Maryland college has been fired for sexual harassment after 'making at least 11 female students remove their shirts and stand in their bras so he could inspect their breasts'.
The Montgomery College professor also allegedly commented on the students' half-naked bodies in what he called a 'medical demonstration'.
Soon after, the students reported the harassment and the school forced him to take paid leave pending a Title IX investigation. He was then fired within three months.
In a summary of the case, the Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights (OCR) cited evidence that the professor - whose name remains anonymous - 'required' at least 11 female students to 'remove their shirts and wear only sports bras'.
In a letter to Montgomery College President Dr. Jermaine F. Williams the OCR also said: 'After removing their shirts, [students] put on their lab jackets for modesty purposes, but the Professor demanded that they remove their jackets.
'The Professor also commented on students' nipples and breast positioning and asked the students to separate their breasts so they could conduct the assessment.'
The OCR did not make clear what 'medical demonstration' the professor was conducting but stated that it 'did not require the clothing removal, or the bodily commentary'.
Despite the college taking steps to inform the students and offer support to any affected, some told the OCR they were not notified.
'The Complainant asserts that after the incident was reported to College staff, the College failed to interview the Student, provide her with information about her rights and options pursuant to Title IX, and provide the Student with notice of the outcome of its investigation,' the letter stated.
After an intervention by the OCR, all affected students were handed written acknowledgements of the incident.

The only legitimate answer to this request would be a flat “What?” follow by “Excuse me?”.
I surprised any of these women let it get as far as removing their tops. The request was inexcusable on it’s face, regardless of class subject matter.

Unless he was holding a gun to their heads, there was no obligation to comply. If this was during class then YES, the professor, a Pervert and Sexual Deviant SHOULD BE FIRED, but the mush brain girls should be suspended for being STUPID enough to comply.

Professor wasn’t fired for three months after the incident was initially reported. The media reports omit the perv’s name and department. Was he a Math or Engineering professor?

It’s only about a 45 min drive from me. Most amazing incident, and incredible what some young women will do when pressured by someone in a position of authority.

My guess he was selecting which folks go in the proper restroom. There is such a thing called short arm inspections.
And do not miss that the 11 students just did it for him.
Stupid women. I really have no sympathy. We are no longer in a world of delicate little porcelain dolls being taken advantage of by the all-powerful patriarchy. Women can say No. They just don’t.
