The Guardian reported that 92-year-old Colette Ferry, a resident of the tiny French village Frontenex, received a visit from local law enforcement after they received complaints from neighbors about noisy frogs in her yard.
“A man came here and was really yelling at me, saying he could not sleep and he had to work … but I did not expect the [police]. Especially not for frogs! But there’s always someone ready to complain about someone else,” Ferry said.
Ferry is excited to see what happens next, as the French police assured her that someone will return to apprehend the frogs from her property.
“That’ll be fun … they jump,” Ferry said.

It’s an easy solution, just put in a bunch of non-poisonous water snakes they will take care of those frogs in no time.
Someone should donate some foam inserts for her neighbors
They need to livestream the french coppers rounding up frogs.
No nets, only hand caught frogs count.
Replace the frogs with imported big city muslims and see how the neighbors like that.
Currently there seems to be a concerted effort in France to rid the country of frogs so that new management can do as it pleases.

My neighbor made a small pond with a waterfall a number of years ago. The frogs are incredibly loud all night long. When it rains, they’re doubly loud. I even saw a Great blue heron there inspecting the menu. I really enjoy the frog sounds. I also enjoy the sound of cicadas and crickets and birds, especially thrushes and owls. Roosters and dogs not so much. I don’t care for frog legs.
Animal noises can be the worst imposition on neighbors.

We have a wetland behind our house. I love the sound of frogs singing as I drift off to sleep. It’s wonderful!
With muslim riots across half the country, I wonder how much French police appreciate emergency noisy frog complaints...
In the unlikely event the 92 year old lady just recently installed the pond and noisy frogs, maybe neighbors have something to be irked about. If the frogs predate the arrival of the complainers, this sounds like a case of valuable wetlands. Police should chuck the whiners into the pond for wasting their time and being AHs to an old lady.

I once built a koi pond outside my bedroom window. Eventually the frogs found the pond. They made a God awful noise. One night I got out of bed, got a bucket, put every frog I could find in bucket, took bucket to a deserted area down the road, dumped bucket. No more frog problem.
