Except the video is not of the Beatles singing the song. It’s post-Beatles Paul McCartney.
They never released it as a single, but we had the cover done by “Underground Sunshine” when I was a kid. their version hit the charts.

When I was doing band work and we were playing a gig we would always make an announcement, or fake an announcement that it was somebody’s birthday and we’d make up a name if we had to and kick into that tune, and fill the Dance Floor every time!
Best version of a Birthday song ever (IMHO).
Everytime I listen to The White Album, I’m thinking, those must have been some serious drugs they were taking then.
Either way l always thought it was a lousy song.
I always thought it should have been a single LP. Spend a little more time on the good stuff and toss the chaff
