The thought of a 7k/month mortgage makes my stomach do handsprings. What do these people do for a living to possibly swing that?
I have no clue what these people do for a living. There’s only so many CEOs, COOs, etc.

what’s even more mind-boggling is that the woke elites in Manhattan are willing to pay $7,000 per month for RENT...for an apartment barely over 1,000 square feet! RENT!!
