Against popular belief I personally find discernment of the upmost importance and critical. I personally debunk 99% of what is presented. But there is that 1% I just cannot. I think this is extremely important to support our own honest and intelligent support or lack of support for certain concepts. :)
The SOP also prevents release of UFO material to the public.
I have been in meetings in NASA facilities. If you mention UFOs in a meeting, you don't get an invitation to attend the next one. The only astronauts who talked about UFOs are always the ones who already know they have taken their last ride.

NASA does censor material they release to the public. They do that at the beck and call of the military and intelligence community. Internally, they desire to ignore all of this so that they can go about their missions without attracting off mission attention. They will turn cameras to avoid "fun stuff", not out of censorship but merely trying to stay out of this issue. If they are studying UFOs, it will be going on in non-public projects. Do they have non-public projects? I don't think so. My late brother was a department head in Lockheed on the Shuttle program. He told me that people knew about UFOs and even talked about them in bull sessions just like anywhere else. He did not know of any official channels to handle that stuff; but, that could simple be because it was not within his need to know. He did converse with astronauts who told him for sure they had seen "things".
My brother was eventually "spun out" to Space Services, Inc, which is a Lockheed subsidiary. Deke Slayton was the president of that company; and, my brother worked quite closely with him. Slayon told my brother about UFO encounters he had dating all the way back to 1951 and up to his last flight. This subject was never a topic of official meetings.

Get it, similar to not being able to see the stars in the sky during a solar eclipse, even with a filter. Or not seeing the stars behind a home because of the porch light.

Being able to see stars in daylight from the bottom of a well also fits the explanation.
The reality show Earth! has been cancelled. They’ll start tearing down the set later today.
It is an interesting subject and I certainly wouldn’t mind if some one would come up with some more detailed information to be understood by some one not too well versed with this subject. In other words what may be true and what may be fictitious. No doubt that there are some bright minds on FR who could come up with some more detailed and more easily understood information’s. I watched the video, which was quite interesting but not sure what to believe. On the other hand I am sure there are things going on and in the works which would surprise us, if we are told to say the least. Some sensible, down to earth easily understood response to my comment will be appreciated.

Yep, makes sense... Although large mirror and large lens telescopes can indeed reach outside the atmosphere and see the stars in the darkness of space during the day light. :)
This looks like light reflecting from Low Earth Orbiting (LEO) satellites. You can see them on the ground all the time when the sky is clear. Just look in the hour or so after sunset or before sunrise. The satellite solar panels reflect sunlight because they are just past the Earths shadow in bright sunlight while it is still dark on earth. The same would happen on the space station when it is in darkness, but the satellite is over the shadow horizon in bright sunlight. These satellites include GPS satellites and the new Starlink satellites, but some of the brightest are NRO reconnissance satellites. They usually travel on a slanted N-S or S-N direction. The slant is just west or east of true north or south.
I think that was a song by that guy who was in Wings - Shadow Band on the Run.
