Yep, on Harrison Street. Now it’s a superstore with maybe a dozen brands. IIRC, Lujack-Schierbrock was a Chevy/Buick/Cadillac dealer December of 76, when I bought a 74 Corvette. He was in a meeting with management before leaving to winter in Florida. I thought about waiting to meet him, but was anxious to get in the vette and cruise.
Just a couple blocks away was a disco called “Uncle Sam’s” I went there quite a bit in 76. Then another called ‘Omni’ opened a block in 77. Got married Aug 78, and within a few weeks my bride and I stopped going to the bars and discos entirely.
