I was going to post that but you beat me to it. I remember many radio announcements mentioning cities in Arizona that were actually in Arkansas. AR-AZ can really confuse someone.

My grandson, who lived and was licensed in Arizona was stopped and ticketed in Illinois for speeding and the trooper put Arkansas on the ticket. Grandson paid it anyway.
