A knee on the neck that cut off air supply would definitely cause at least soft tissue injuries and bruising. But there was fentanyl and a bunch of other drugs in his system, and it was enough to kill him
What was so utterly ludicrous is that Derek Chauvin is all of 5’9” and 140 lbs. Saint George Floyd was 7 (or 9) inches taller at 6’4” (another report said 6’6” and that he “shrank”(!?) and weighed over 220 lbs). He was way too tiny to have done any physical damage to Floyd. Same with the tiny little Asian officers that were also fraudulently charged with his “murder.”
