I really don’t think this will ever go to court. Because of discovery. Trump will also be allowed to call witnesses.
Already some of the evidence on the Jan 6 event has been destroyed.
They are afraid the truth will be exposed.

Not a lawyer, but wouldn’t that be considered “spoilation of evidence” as it pertains to Jack Smith’s DC charges?
If the prosecution were not part of the deep state of course, but the courts now are all based on politics.

If Trump is tossed into the slammer, in one of these political prosecutions he will still win the nomination votes.
The party can name someone else if they like, but Trump will still win the voting and if the party ignores the votes to do that they are done.

2020 was stolen. If president Trump is in prison, but won the primary, do you think the ‘pubs will allow him on the ballot?

That is so true. Slowing down the destruction. Isn’t that a rip off? We could be doing so much more. Even with trump we may get another decade added to the total demise of America.
