To be fair, I only buy in a dip. I’ve been waiting a long time for the next East Coast Florida Cat 5 Hurricane for my next purchase. One of those concrete 2br 1 bath concrete floor, flat roof, hand crank windows, bunkers built in the 50’s. They fill up with sand and storm surge, and then you just shovel them out and power wash. Don’t buy nice things. Live spartan. Perfect retirement home.

An early episode of South Park had a clip of Oprah at an award ceremony. She said “Republican suck!” and the audience applauded. Then she said “Republicans suck!” again, and once again the audience roared with applause. Nothing has changed.
