Given your false dilemma (another logical fallacy), the only other entity whose narrative must be believed is the government-run health system and the affiliated pharmaceutical companies given either or both emergency authorization or government-agency approval for substances I cannot logically discern to be vaccines due to a dearth of information.

Perhaps you should recognize that not believing in the anti-vaxxer conspiracy cult narrative is a valid answer. It isn’t a personal attack, a false dilemma, or any other type of logical fallacy.
