There are those who say, "Just wait until the next election! We're going to whip them then and then clean house, drain the swamp! I say, "Ain't going to happen." The communists are already dreaming up a new pandemic as we speak. And many of the unconstitutional rules regulating elections are still in effect. We (MAGA) have the communists to oppose as well as those from our own party who call us 'empty vessels.' Hell, some of the rino pols would probably even sign the indictment for DJT. A party can't exist long with those rules and I fear for ours.
One further note - You are 100% right on the money when you say that this could all have been avoided by SCOTUS. The decline of America is squarely on their shoulders. They failed to preserve a nation that has stood as a worldly beacon of hope for well over 200 years. Those robed cowards are indeed responsible.

If I had a definitive answer for that, I'd be a major political leader.
You cannot use rifles and organized groups, as we did in the 1700's. Then, it was our rifles against theirs. Now, it is our rifles against their tanks, mortars, APCs, attack helicopters, surveillance satellites and drones, and so on.
Protesting is becoming a criminalized act, and it is largely ineffective ... they don't care.
Voting isn't going to work, the Democrats have gamed the system.
The only thing I can think of -- and it seems effective -- is to follow the precepts of a Color Revolution. Civil disobedience, with large masses of people refusing to cooperate or disperse. The FBI has made it more scary, tracking down many with facial recognition software, but simple rubber masks can defeat that. Further, if you leave your phone at home and get to an event by travelling using cash only, you are likely safe.
