I think this cop needs to call the Sheriff, and have the Sheriff arrest the Judges that let these criminals out so easily. Sounds like treason to me. Or at least not upholding the Constitution.
BTW - who is the Fulton County, GA judge that kept letting that 25-year old car thief out numerous times that ended up crashing and killing himself?

The police chief has little to do with incarcerating perps. That's up to DA's, judges, juries etc.
