I said that last time as well. I’ve seen these up close. The first time is creepy as hell. After that, you are still worried but you realize there isn’t much you can do.

Sure looks like a TIA to me, and yes, it would not surprise me if the news cycle breaks in and announces that McConnell has had a massive CVA, e.g. STROKE.

He can run for another term. I suspect it would be a suicide mission to dispute the KY law as he only won by 5000 votes last time around. He will be voted out or impeached IMO.
McConnell is dead, Pelosi is dead, Feinstein is dead, Fetterman is dead. They just haven’t been buried yet.

Governor Beshear plans on fighting this and there's a good chance he'll prevail.
In these situations, it’s not so much him holding on
to office, as much as the office/party holding on to him.
